Aqua-Aid Water Support for Landslide-Affected Families
The Community Development Center Nepal (CDC Nepal) organized a support program in Himali Rural Municipality–2 of Bajura District to assist students living in remote and snow-prone areas. The program aimed to ensure that children from economically disadvantaged families can continue their education comfortably during the harsh winter season.
Under this initiative, educational materials and school bags were distributed to 135 students studying in four schools within the ward. In addition, 179 students studying at the local secondary school received warm winter clothing including jackets, caps, school bags, and educational materials to help them stay protected from the cold weather and continue their studies without interruption.
Through this support, CDC Nepal remains committed to working with humanitarian partners, local authorities and affected communities to deliver timely and meaningful assistance to people in need.
