Admission Fee Support for Raute Community Students
Community Development Center Nepal (CDC Nepal) has successfully completed an educational support initiative under the Education, Nutrition & Care Programme, providing one year’s admission fee assistance to 84 orphaned and economically disadvantaged students from the Badi community studying at Suryodaya Secondary School in Birendranagar, Surkhet.
CDC Nepal coordinated the initiative locally, with generous financial support from Shyam–Phulmaya Foundation. The assistance aims to reduce financial barriers to school enrolment and help children continue their educational journey.
Creating Opportunities Through Education
For children facing economic hardship, school fees can place additional pressure on families and caregivers. By helping meet these costs, the programme supports continued access to learning and greater opportunities for the future.
This initiative reflects CDC Nepal’s commitment to supporting marginalised communities through practical assistance, local partnerships and inclusive community development.

CDC Nepal expresses its sincere gratitude to Shyam–Phulmaya Foundation, for their generous contribution and commitment to education and social responsibility.
Our appreciation extends to Badi Sarokar Manch Nepal, Birendranagar Municipality, the school community, local residents, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to the programme’s successful completion.
Building Hope Through Education
CDC Nepal believes that investing in education strengthens communities and opens pathways to a better future. Through continued collaboration, we aim to help more children access the opportunities they deserve.
Together, let us expand access to education and inspire hope.
