The Community Development Center Nepal (CDC Nepal) organized a support program at Nepal National Basic School located in Chandnichowk, Birendranagar Municipality–1, Surkhet, with the objective of assisting students from marginalized communities.
During the program, 50 students from the Dalit community received school bags and warm winter jackets to support their educational journey and help them continue their studies comfortably during the colder season. The initiative aimed to reduce barriers faced by economically disadvantaged students and encourage regular school attendance.
By providing essential educational materials and winter clothing, CDC Nepal seeks to create a more supportive and inclusive learning environment for children who face social and economic challenges.
CDC Nepal remains committed to implementing similar initiatives in the future to promote equal educational opportunities and a brighter future for children from vulnerable communities across Nepal.
