Solar Installation Program 2026 : Advancing Sustainable Energy
Location: Gurbhakot Municipality–14, Surkhet, Karnali Province
Community Development Center Nepal (CDC Nepal) has initiated the Solar Installation Program 2026 to support the Raute community’s access to clean, renewable energy and promote sustainable community development.
As part of the programme, solar materials were distributed to the community in Gurbhakot Municipality–14. This initiative aims to improve living conditions through renewable energy solutions while encouraging environmental sustainability and community empowerment.
Working Together for Sustainable Development
The programme was made possible through the generous support of Sowers Action Hong Kong, China, and Sowers Action Nepal, in coordination with SOSEC Nepal and in association with Gurbhakot Municipality, Surkhet.
The distribution took place in the presence of Chandra Bahadur Gharti, Ward Chairperson of Gurbhakot Municipality–14, whose participation and support strengthened the initiative.
